We love Phelps County!

We love our community!  And we are grateful for our current community leaders and those who have served previously, who have helped position us to be able to provide these services.  Phelps County is a wonderful place to live!  Many have made it their retirement home.  We are less than two hours from St. Louis or Springfield, nestled in the Ozark Highlands viticultural region.  Rivers, hiking, biking, pickleball, tennis, and more can be found in our community.
